Program

The final program will be announced after abstracts are reviewed. But here is what you can expect:

• Day 1 (9 November 2026): A warm welcome, keynote lectures from international leaders, a full afternoon of parallel sessions and workshops, and in the evening a social event to relax and connect.

The conference opens with registration  at 07:30 at Hotel Pyramida, Prague. The official program begins at 09:00.

• Day 2 (10 November 2026): Keynote lecture, more concurrent sessions, and the closing ceremony – a chance to reflect together on what we have learned and what we will take home.

The event closes at 15:30 after the closing ceremony.

The program will be designed to balance scientific evidence, practical know-how, and community building. This way, we remain true to the Spirit of Safewards: learning together, supporting each other, and taking away not only knowledge but also inspiration.
The organizing committee reserves the right to make any necessary changes to the program at short notice. There will be no pro rata refund of registration fees for changes to the program.
