Fees:

Early bird (until 31 May 2026): €395

Please note: Confirmed speakers are eligible to register at the early bird rate even after the early bird registration deadline.

Regular (until 15 October 2026): €455
Social event (optional): €70

The fee includes access to all sessions, lunch, and coffee breaks. Social event is optional and requires a separate ticket.

Cancellation Policy:

Until 10 September 2026: with a €100 administration fee deducted. After this date, fees are non-refundable, but you may transfer your registration to another participant.
After 10 September 2026: non-refundable (substitute delegate welcome).

Payment Options:

Bank transfer (invoice issued within 7 days, payable in 28 days).
Online card payment is not available.
Important: Please ensure all bank transfer fees are covered by the sender, so that the full amount of the registration fee is received by Safewards Conference.

Certificate of Attendance: All participants will receive a certificate confirming their participation.
Privacy: We respect your privacy. Personal data provided during registration will only be used for conference administration and will not be shared with third parties.

1. Changes to your conference registration
Any changes to your booking should be made in writing to the congress organisers at brezinova@cmhcd.cz.

2. Cancellations
Cancellations received by email (brezinova@cmhcd.cz) before 10 September 2026 will be refunded, minus a €100 administration fee. After this date, fees are non-refundable, but you may transfer your registration to another participant free of charge.

3. Force Majeure
The congress organisers and the congress venue cannot be held responsible for cancellation, partial non-execution, or necessary programme changes to the congress in the event of circumstances beyond human control, including but not limited to:

Credible threats of natural disaster in the geographic vicinity of the venue
War or armed conflict
Curtailment or interruption of transportation facilities
Civil disturbance – including official travel warnings issued by the World Health Organization
Any other events or disasters beyond the parties’ control that prevent the venue from accommodating Safewards 2026 and its delegates, or require the organising committee to cancel the event for the same reasons

If travel arrangements are affected by any of the above, participants are responsible for making and covering alternative travel arrangements.

4. Payment terms
Payments are accepted by bank transfer only. All invoices must be settled within 28 days.
The invoice will be sent to your email address within 7 days of registration.
